The Trina Solar 630W N-Type Bifacial Dual Glass Solar Panel (TSM-NEG19RC.20) is a high-performance utility-scale photovoltaic module engineered to maximize energy generation, reduce system costs, and deliver long-term reliability. Built with advanced N-Type i-TOPCon cell technology, this solar panel achieves an impressive 23.5% module efficiency while providing superior energy yield in a wide range of environmental conditions.

Designed for commercial, industrial, agricultural, and large-scale solar installations, the 630W Trina module features a bifacial dual-glass design that captures sunlight from both the front and rear sides. Depending on ground reflectivity (albedo), the bifacial architecture can generate an additional 10% to 20% power gain, significantly increasing overall system performance and return on investment.

The module utilizes Trina Solar's advanced N-Type i-TOPCon monocrystalline technology, delivering lower degradation rates, higher efficiency, improved low-light performance, and enhanced temperature characteristics. With a low temperature coefficient of-0.29%/°C, the panel maintains stronger output in hot climates, making it ideal for demanding solar installations across Africa and other high-temperature regions.

Engineered for durability, the TSM-NEG19RC.20 incorporates a robust dual-glass structure, half-cut cell technology, and high-density module packaging to minimize micro-cracks and reduce hotspot risks. The module is certified for resistance to salt mist, ammonia, sand, PID, LID, and LeTID, ensuring reliable performance in coastal, agricultural, desert, and harsh environmental conditions.

With a maximum power output of 630W, module dimensions of 2382 × 1134 × 30 mm, and a 1500V DC system capability, the panel is optimized for modern solar projects seeking lower Balance of System (BOS) costs and improved Levelized Cost of Energy (LCOE).

Trina Solar supports this module with a 12-year product warranty and an industry-leading 30-year linear power warranty, guaranteeing long-term energy production with only 1% first-year degradation and a low annual degradation rate of 0.4% thereafter.
